AUTHENTICATION

Due to increasingly sophisticated methods of counterfeiting, fake watches or parts can be difficult to identify. However, our watchmakers are highly trained and capable to identify if they are genuine or fake.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Battery is important for quartz watches as it supplies power to keep the watch running. A battery replacement for every 1-2 years is optimal to avoid any leakages that can be catastrophic to your watch.

CROWN & STEM REPLACEMENT

Crown and stem are exquisite and can be easily damaged or broken by a sudden impact. A broken crown or stem can put your watch at risk of no longer water resistant.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING

An ultrasonic cleaning machine generates high-frequency sound waves that create vibration in the water. It is effective in removing stain, rust and skin oils from the watch and washes the contaminants away in the cleaning solution.

WATER RESISTANT TEST & RESTORATION

Water resistant is vital to keep watches function, securing the components inside from penetration of water moisture. However, aging of gaskets will affect water resistance over time and may lead to the corrosion of materials.
